Shipping Policy
Good news! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 within the United States.
For US orders below $60, we have a flat rate standard shipping fee of $4.99.
We're happy to ship Snappee worldwide! For orders outside of the USA, shipping costs will range from $13.99 and up, and this will be calculated at checkout.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped from our location.
Please note we cannot make changes to orders, shipping addresses after the order has been placed. If you’ve made a mistake on your shipping address, email us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate if your order has not been packed and shipped.

Returns Policy
We want you to be absolutely happy with your Snappee products! Before considering a return, did you know there are different ways to use your Snappee accessories for easy application and removal without tangles? Head over to our "How It Works" section to learn how to customize the fit.

Returns and Exchanges
If, after exploring the different ways to use your Snappee, you still feel it's not the right fit, we accept returns. We accept returns up to 30 days after your order arrives. Please also have your receipt or order number handy.

Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, please allow about 2 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your Snappee order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at snappeellc@gmail.com so we can make things right.
