What materials are your products made from?
Our Snappee Hair Ties, Headbands, and Scrunchies are made from a soft, stretchy, and durable blend of cotton and spandex. This fabric is gentle on natural hair, helps prevent breakage, and provides all-day comfort without slipping or snagging.
How do I use the Snap feature?
Our patented snap design allows you to easily open and close your Snappee products to avoid hair pulling and breakage. You can adjust the size, link multiple Snappees together, or even wear them as headbands.

Can I use your products on my Children's hair?
Yes! Our products are safe and gentle for children's hair. The soft fabric and snap design make them ideal for kids with curly, coily, or natural hair types, minimizing tension and damage.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping option. You’ll see all available options during checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Snappee products. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- U.S. orders: 5–7 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days depending on customs
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
The snap broke on my product — now what?
Our products are handmade, and while we take great care in quality control, occasional defects can occur. If the snap on your Snappee product breaks within 3 months of purchase, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
What happened to SwirlyCurly?
SwirlyCurly was our original brand name. We've since rebranded to Snappee to better reflect our core product line. We also discontinued our liquid hair care products and now focus solely on hair accessories, including our best-selling Snappee Hair Ties, Headbands, and Scrunchies.
